Such a Quick Sale!
Good morning Robyn,
Well, with packing almost complete and moving day fast approaching, we had to stop and relax for a moment to reflect on the experience we had on the sale of our home. As so many people know, showing your home to perspective buyers can be stressful and you made the whole experience wonderful! We never expected our home to sell so quickly. We know that your personal approach and professionalism had everything to do with that. You're handling of everything from the initial offer and contract to the closing made everything easy for us.

Robyn is fantastic! After struggling to sell our home for almost a year (both by owner and by agent) we contacted Robyn. She outlined how she would market our home and counseled us as to the best price at which to list it. Within one week of signing our listing agreement with her we had an offer and acceptance. In the midst of a five month long ordeal trying to sell our home in SunCrest we were truly at our wits end. We had shown our home over 60 times and every other listing but ours was selling. | Building Made Easy
I was terrified at the prospect of building my dream home. Making decisions about floor plan design, color choices and upgrades to the home left my head spinning. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple and focused the process seemed with Robyn's help. Her vision and interior design sense helped me avoid costly errors that I would have otherwise made. She caught mistakes commonly made by builders and included improvements to the home that would have cost me significantly more money to change later on in the building process. Unlike my neighbors who had no representation, I haven't had problems with my home. I don't really understand why someone would build a home without their own Realtor. Robyn represented my best interests and helped me avoid the pitfalls of building a home, and it didn't cost me a thing to use her service, expertise and knowledge.
